We are an Atlanta-based dispute resolution practice specializing in court-ordered and private mediation. Founder Michelle Cohen Egan is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Office of the Fulton County Courts, the DeKalb County Courts Dispute Resolution Center, the Cherokee County Courts ADR Program, and the Cobb County Superior and Probate Courts ADR Programs.

Michelle Egan has more than 25 years of experience litigating, negotiating, and resolving cases and disputes. Her diverse background brings unique qualification and deeper perspective to mediation.
Ms. Egan mediates general civil cases of any size and complexity. She commonly mediates claims arising out of automobile accidents, premises liability, personal injury, business disputes, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, consumer finance disputes, insurance coverage, property tax appeals, probate matters, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud, among others.
